More than 11,000 Gaston County residents participated in CPR, First Aid, Automated External Defibrillation (AED), Lifeguard Training, Water Safety, Preventing Disease Transmission and HIV/AIDS presentations last year. Classes are offered daily in our office and in workplaces throughout Gaston County.

Family Caregiving
This program offers you a helping hand in caring for a parent, spouse or friend at home by offering a variety of information-packed sessions -- right in your community -- covering topics that can help you provide better care, including bathing, home safety and nutrition, as well as legal and financial issues. There is even a session that helps you take care of yourself.

Workplace Training
The American Red Cross Workplace Training provides the latest in lifesaving and safety instruction. Training is provided when you need it, delivered on site or at our location, at the time that works best for your business.
