Cross will send, in bulk, to sites where military are stationed
What: International telephone calling card

For
minutes of overseas long distance phone calls originating from U.S.
military sites outside the United States (calling times vary based
upon location of originating calls)

Countries
from which the calling cards can be used include, but are not
limited to: Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, Djibouti, United Arab Emeritz,
Yemen, Oman and Saudi Arabia
