Capital One American Red Cross Credit Card

The American Red Cross and Capital One have created an exciting marketing and revenue-generating opportunity for chapters - the American Red Cross affinity credit card program (ACCP). The program enables members of the Red Cross community and the public to provide additional support to their local chapter through their everyday shopping. The concept is simple. Every time an affinity card holder makes a purchase, Capital One makes a donation to their local chapter.

This is a great way to generate income for your chapter. It's easy for you, nearly effortless for your constituents and the benefits to your chapter will truly add up. Best of all, no matter where the card is used, contributions go directly to the cardholder's local chapter!

What an Affinity Card Means for the Red Cross
An affinity credit card is produced in affiliation with a particular organization. It offers the cardholder a chance to help an organization for which they have an affinity and a desire to support. The Red Cross affinity credit card operates like an ordinary credit card except that every time a person signs up for the card, makes an initial balance transfer or makes a purchase, Capital One makes a contribution to your chapter. The program is a great way for the Red Cross to raise money outside of its usual fund-raising efforts and an easy way for cardholders to show their support of a good cause.

This program is a unique opportunity for Red Cross chapters to build loyalty among core constituents, raise money to carry out the lifesaving services they provide every day and increase local and national exposure for the vital American Red Cross mission.

Call Lauren Wells at 704-864-2623 for more information on how you can sign up for this worthwhile program.
